Dear Dr. Johnston,
When you examined my teeth and told me I would have to have two teeth extracted and one filled I was in shock and also in a bit of denial – (surely he must be wrong I thought). I was deeply concerned because I was on Warfarin and I worried about excessive bleeding. I was also concerned about the level of discomfort I might experience.
In hindsight I had nothing to fret about. I did not experience any excessive bleeding nor did I experience any intolerable discomfort. I credit this to your expertise so may I extend to you a hearty “Thank You”.
I was also very impressed with the fact that you called me that evening to check on my progress which left me thinking “How can someone as busy as Dr. Johnston find time to call me regarding a tooth extraction”.
I have been meaning to send this letter for the longest time but kept letting other priorities get in the way. Thanks again and I wanted you to know that I will never again leave so much time between visits to your office.
Just a quick note to say thank you very much for the excellent treatment I recently had at your practice. I must say that although I was nervous about getting two implants, your professionalism, attention to detail, and caring manner made the whole experience easy. A big thank you to your fantastic staff. Everyone took excellent care of me and I am truly so happy.
AJ’s first trip to Dr. J Rod Johnston, Dynamic Dentistry and she was so excited! Brittany and Dr. Johnston were awesome with my little one!! Thank you again … this little one enjoyed the visit and asked if she could come back after nap ..hahah.
I have recently visited Dr. Johnston’s office and I couldn’t be happier! Excellent work, team and environment. I truly can’t say enough, very impressed.
